THE WODAPALOOZA 2016 UPDATED


A continuación tenéis cinco de los WOD del Wodapalooza 2016!

Todos los WOD serán realizados por todas las categorías teniendo en cuenta pesos y adaptaciones para cada categoría (para más información tenéis el enlace a cada WOD de la web oficial).

WOD 1: The Big Chipper


INDIVIDUAL
Complete for time:
70 Pistols
50 GHD Sit-ups
30 Overhead Squats
100 ft. Handstand Walk
Time cap: 12 minutes

TEAM
Complete for time:
120 Pistols  - One athlete works, while another must "bear-hug" d-ball90 GHD Sit-ups - One athlete works, while another must "bear-hug" d-ball
60 Overhead Squats - One athlete works, while another must "bear-hug" d-ball
300 ft. Handstand Walk - One athlete at a time, in relay style.
